Our embroidered pieces are made to order with care. Processing time is typically 3–4 business days (1-2 weeks for MAMA orders), depending on stock availability and customisation. You’ll see an estimated processing time at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Estimated Shipping Time

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered for the purposes of refunds or cancellations.

International Shipping & Customs

Yes, we ship worldwide! 
Please note: buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. For EU customers, VAT may be applied by your local customs office before delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot control or prepay these charges, but all orders are shipped with accurate customs documentation to avoid unnecessary delays.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update it, contact us as soon as possible. Once processing has begun and a shipping label has been created, changes may not be possible. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

As each piece is made to order, we currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
