Our Story

The COVID-19 pandemic was a challenging time for everyone. I started by sewing scrubs for the NHS, doing my best to help nurses which later evolved into an Etsy shop to sell handmade masks, and that small idea slowly grew into something bigger.

What started as a small idea has grown into a shop full of custom embroidered pieces that mean so much to the people who wear them. Every order is made by me (and our cat Willow) with care and attention to detail because these pieces often celebrate milestones, memories, and the people you love most.

When will I receive my order?
  • Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be dispatched.
  • For Custom Orders, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Orders outside the UK, including the EU, are very welcome. Please note that some countries may charge import VAT or customs duties upon delivery. These fees vary depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer.

For EU customers: Since the UK is no longer part of the EU VAT scheme, your local customs office may apply VAT before delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot control or pre-pay these charges, but we always provide the correct customs documentation to make the process as smooth as possible.

If you’re unsure, we recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Simply click the tracking link to view the status of your order. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail carrier.
